The objectives of this book is to shed light on the information obtained from extraterrestrials, intraterrestrials and aliens, and how to benefit from such extraordinary discoveries, information and revelations...and not to fuel controversy and create gossip about this of that official, and what he/she has done and/or what he/she is hiding from the general public.
Dr. Teller asked the alien about the propulsion system of those alien crafts, and how they operate underwater. The alien replied (As she did many times before) that he will not be able to understand, mainly because our science books and scientific research do not have the aliens' technological/scientific terms, and corresponding information, explanation and description.
Secondly, because the propulsion technology used by the aliens contradict our laws of physics.
Dr. Teller was persistent and replied, "Let me be the judge of that..."
Another scientist asked whether there is any sort of combustion, an anti-gravity propeller, electro-magnetic channel or current, an aquatic source of energy, etc. And the alien replied NO!
The alien added that once the spacecraft enters the water, it takes on different scientific properties; the craft does not plunge in the water as we have assumed. It does not dive.
In fact, it never touches the surface of the water.
In some incomprehensible manner, the craft creates some sort of vacuum tunnel before it penetrates the water.
Inquiring about the "Vacuum Tunnel", a scientist asked whether the tunnel can be measured, whether the tunnel is made from materials found on Earth, or whether the tunnel is created by the spacecraft itself, and could this tunnel be detected by us.
The alien answered that the tunnel could NOT be detected by us, nor measured, because it is movable, temporarily used, it is not physical, and could not be detected by any sonar system.
Dr. Teller asked the alien about the "invisible" structure of the aliens' tunnel and what it consists of. The alien said, it is "Mitra" (Cold Plasma.)

A Colonel asked the alien if any of their spacecrafts has entered our oceans. The alien answered no.
The Colonel seemed to be confused.
Perhaps, he did not believe the alien, because he commented on the alien's answer by saying, "We have seen them...."
Aliens: Not ours.

Alien: We have no need to enter your oceans.
Question: Apparently some did.
We saw something diving into the ocean. They were not ours.

Her communication was directly transmitted from her brain (cellular motor) to the device she gave us.

- Alien: What you see is a frame. I can leave it here, and go somewhere else. It will disintegrate on its own and I continue somewhere else. And, I can keep doing this endlessly.
- Military scientist: Then inside your body, you don't have blood or fluids?
- Alien: Since we do not have circulatory system, blood circulation, we don't need the organ you call heart. And since our essence does not have tissues and muscles, no nutrition is necessary, no food is required, no water is required to keep them functioning and growing. We are an intelligent mechanism, very peaceful, very alert, very knowledgeable of the universe and also very familiar with you and your origin.
- Military scientist: Can you explain our origin?
- Alien: Some of you were made from cosmic fibers you call it dust (cosmic dust). Others were the product of what you call photosynthesis or biosynthesis. And the rest were genetically reproduced and updated by a highly advanced race, not from Earth. And your origin is more animal than human. And at the beginning of your time on earth, some of your species, looked like reptilians, frogs, birds and other aquatic creatures. Some of your early human species, walked on three legs, others on four. And you could not tell the difference from one specie and another because all belong to the early form of the animalistic world or animals' world.
- Military Psychologist: How come you know so much about our life, custom and history and what we do on earth?
- Alien: This is a very simple matter. Everything you do and you've done does not vanish. The substance of everything you have done, whether physical or mental takes on a new shape, a new form. Nothing in the Universe comes to an end but it transforms itself into something else. If not, the Universe will seize to exist. If each time, part of the Universe, part of earth, part of the stars, part of the rocks, part of the air, part of the water vanishes and disappears, the Universe will be missing a lot of things. And, if this continues endlessly the Universe will be empty. But the idea of emptiness does not exist. There is no such thing as an empty space because if there is something like an empty space you will not be able to find it. And, to know where this empty space is, you have to know the limit of the empty space by comparing it to a full space. The fact that you are doing this means, you have given a size, shape, space and border to the empty space. And, when you are able to localize and define its perimeter and limits, you just proved it exists. This is a matter of mathematics and physics, according to your science. So everything you have done on earth has been preserved from the beginning of earth time. We can tap into it, if we are interested. But we are not interested in humanity affairs. You have been broadcasting for sometime now. And the frequencies of your programs and your music are well preserved. But not as many of your thought that they have reached us because we are very far away. And all the frequencies of your noise, and music, were retained in your earth/ solar system perimeter. We knew about you, and also other advanced societies in the Universe, knew about you from a very, very long time ago. But, you had nothing to offer us. And if you wonder why then we are here on earth, if we are not interested in you I can give you lots of answers. Some of the Galactic community members lived on earth before and your ancestors called them gods and goddesses. Many left earth while others remained here. And with those who have remained here on earth we share information with by means and ways incomprehensive to your mind. We enter and exit your sky/atmosphere through time pockets. And this also is something new to you, that you now are not capable of understanding, but in the future you will.
- General..: How do you explain the crash of alien spaceships?
- Alien: They never crashed, they were smashed because they bumped against the time-wall.
- Dr. X: What do you mean?
- Alien: I used the word wall so you can understand it physically. It is not a wall in the physical sense, it is a point of an entrance and exit that opens up and closes up in a matter of seconds. When the space craft enters this point successfully, it will exit successfully. It has only a few seconds, sometimes a fraction of a second to do that. If the space craft misses the opening of the point or reaches the point that just closed it becomes solid. And, when it hits it, it smashes itself.
- General R...: So what we heard from other alien species about how their space craft crashed is not correct. We were told they were hit by an electrical discharge and they crashed to the ground.
- Alien: This is not correct at all, because our communities are very advanced, even you in your limited/primitive standards, you have developed tools and ways to protect yourselves from electrical discharges and lightning. You use a rod on the top of your buildings and homes to protect your homes from lightening and other atmospheric discharges. Many of your primitive airplanes were struck by lightning and still did not go down. Our machines are well protected against your atmosphere elements as well as other spaces and zooming dimensions.

When you read a book you look for answers...This one really I don't know.I wasn't great nor terrible. Just a lot of grey area.Probaly a book that should not have been published.After reading both it seemed like a waste of time.

This is a book for people who are grounded.

I would only recommend this book to those who are grounded in who they are and their beliefs systems. If you are into conspiracy theories in a skeptical manner then this is a good read for that type of individual. A. Lee
